WebI am not sure what you mean by a "dynamic Excel sheet"? If the columns are not changing and only the data is changing then that would be a normal situation. To connect to that sheet from the Service you will need to set up a gateway to get to the Excel sheet within SharePoint. Then, your report can use that as the connection and it will refresh.
