It really seems to try to make some infill where it makes the dots. When I set Fill Density to 0%, it doesn't do the dots anymore. But this is not a solution, because in other (wider) areas I need the infill. Changing the nozzle size doesn't help.

WebCura's wall thickness was set to 0.8mm. I increased the designed thickness to 0.8 and they printed. I haven't reverse the situation by changing the setting in Cura to accommodate the modeled 0.4mm wall so I'm not entirely sure, but I'm betting it's the wall thickness setting causing the problem. 2 Reply ThatOnePerson • 5 yr. ago WebJul 25, 2024 · If I set the "print speed" in Cura to 20 mm/s (normally 60 mm/s), the outer wall speed is reduced from 30 mm/s to 10 mm/s. The result is quite good. If I leave the "print speed" at 60 mm/s and adjust only the outer wall to 10 mm/s, it's still quite good. So it seems like an acceleration thing. bitbucket captcha
